Privacy Policy
The Foundation has designed a privacy policy, setting the due means and procedures to carry it out. In compliance with the Organic Act 15/1999 of 13 December on the Protection of Personal Data (LO 15/1999), personal data means “any information regarding identified or identifiable natural persons”.
The user must understand that all personal data voluntarily given through this Web will be transmitted to the Albéniz Foundation, which is liable for said Web.
The Foundation will only have access to personal data provided freely and voluntarily by the user. It is paramount that the user is aware of the fact that, in order to subscribe and register some of the services offered through our webs, personal data will be requested. This data will be requested by The Foundation and exclusively to achieve the purpose indicated in the Data Protection Clause, which can be found below this same text.
The Foundation keeps with the utmost diligence the custody of the requested personal data, by combining technical and organisational measures to maintain the legally required security levels. The Foundation has the due mechanisms to avoid both data theft and the unauthorized access to this data.
Nevertheless, if you enter personal information on an accessible portal, it may be possible for third parties to gain knowledge of such data. Thus, utmost care and the use of all security tools are advised, and The Foundation will not be held accountable for any illicit removal of, modifications to and loss of the data you enter.
The user has, by law, the right to object, access, rectification and cancellation, where appropriate, of his/her personal data, and may exercise such rights by writing to the address stated in the Data Protection Clause below. Likewise, the user may revoke at any time the previously conceded authorization for the use or assignment of his/her data, without prejudice to the right of The Foundation to resolve the contract, cancel the operation and/or remove him/her from the database, in the event that said data was essential to its good purpose. The user will also be able to modify the data provided to The Foundation through its web pages in the way indicated in said web pages.
Data Protection Clause
We inform you that your personal data, to which The Foundation may have access, is incorporated to the corresponding file of The Foundation, authorizing it to process the data that may be needed for sending of communications, publications and calls.
Such communications might be sent by electronic mail or by any other equivalent means.
We inform you that you have the right to object, access, rectification and cancellation of your personal data under the terms provided in the Law, exercising those rights in writing by enclosing a copy of your ID to The Foundation, Plaza de Oriente s/n, 28013 Madrid; or through an email to fundacion@albeniz.com, being responsible of The Foundation, with legal residence to this effect on the previously stated address.
